Dr. Bianca D. Evans, PhD, MBA is a higher education professional with nearly 20 years of experience in recruitment, diversity, equity, and inclusion, enrollment management, retention strategies, student success initiatives, organizational change, fundraising, and implementing campus-wide programs. Dr. Evans is a recognized DEI speaker, educational psychologist, recruiter, and coach to thousands of students in higher education. As the Founder and Executive Director of Education is My Destiny Consulting, Dr. Evans promotes equity for all students by empowering every voice and supporting their unique educational journeys from enrollment to graduation.
